very rude responses when questioned. went to pick up several orders at lunchtime for different individuals. they combined the eggs rolls in the package together instead of separately for each order. young girl was very rude when i asked here why they weren't separate. she got quite angry and started speaking very angry chinese to her father. to me she stated i should have said on the phone to separate them, to which i responded why should i have to when there are three different orders. if i wasn't picking up for others i would have left the food right there. i told her i won't order from there again and i will tell everyone i know about the very rude behavior of some of these people whose establishments are located in an african american neighborhood. i don't have to eat their food--- but they do have to sell it so i think they should take some customer service lesson. won't patronize again!?
